Ingredients

2 oz
Brie de meaux
1 ½ t
Hero Apricot Baking Jam​
4 ea
Dried Cranberries
1 ea
Puff Pastry sheet​

Preparation

Place:
brie on puff pastry and top with Hero Jam then cranberries.
1 ea
Egg, beaten
Brush:
egg wash around brie.
1 ea
Puff Pastry sheet
Roll:
pastry slightly thinner than bottom.
Lay:
pastry over the brie and press around it to seal.
Place:
the pastry encased brie in the Freezer for about 20 minutes.
Pull:
tray out and brush with egg wash.
Place:
into freezer in 5 min intervals brushing twice more. This will give a deep rich color when baked.
Pattern:
using the back of a paring knife, make any pattern you choose on the dough without poking through.
Bake:
425 Degrees Fahrenheit for 15 min until nicely browned.
