Grilled Chicken Breast

Baby Spinach

Red Pepper, julienned

Preparation
Step 1: Prepare Lemon Vinaigrette

In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Hero Lemon Compound. Slowly add grape seed oil while whisking to emulsify. Add honey and whisk until well combined.​

Step 2: Assemble the Salad

Place baby spinach in a large salad bowl. Add julienned red pepper, carrot, thinly sliced red onion, and halved cherry tomatoes. Top with grilled chicken breast.​.

Step 3: Dress the Salad

Drizzle the lemon vinaigrette over the salad. Gently toss to combine, ensuring the ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.​

Step 4: Serve

Serve immediately as a refreshing and nutritious meal.
